Categories are restricted by age and goes by the age you will be on 31 December of the current year. So if you turn 15 during the 2023 year, you will have to race the under 17 category.
Schedule
Saturday:
8:00am: Registration/Shuttles Open (for Track Walk ONLY)
8:00am - 9:00am: Course open for compulsory Track Walk
9:00-11am - A Group Practice
11-2pm - B Group Practice
2-4pm - A Group Practice
Sunday:
8-10am: A Group Practice
10-11am: B Group Practice
11:30am: Seeding (U17 ONLY)
12:30pm: Racing (All Categories)
3pm presentations (Approximately)
*This new practice schedule has been introduced to try and even out the number of runs each practice category gets - Group A has significantly more riders than Group B - hence the extra practice time over the weekend.
Volunteers
This year we are focusing on getting everyone to help out so please put up your hand to help setup, packup, drive buses, marshall, collect or return trailers etc. The list is endless and we need all the help we can get.
If you can designate a volunteer for the weekend you will be rewarded with priority entry and a guaranteed spot. You can do this when registering for the event.
